The cats that come to visit.

the breakfast was not so good. to get wifi connection you have to sit in breakfast room.

The room was not very clean on arrival and although free wifi is advertised you have to sit in the basement to get it. At £75 a night it was certainly not good value for what you get.

    Very good

It was near where we wanted to explore. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so things were a bit messy, but the end result should be pleasing. The bath tub was of a good size and everything worked in the room.

    The messy renovations.

Near to tube and Earls court

everything. the standard was very poor, thread bare carpets, the banister was loose and dangerous, there was no heating in the room, the bathroom was unclean(i cleaned the toilet and sink myself) full english breakfast was cold sausage, egg, bacon, beans. the front door was without a handle, the curtains were falling down but the sheets on the bed were clean this hotel should not be on your website

Very poor quality of the room . It was small . The view was appalling . Totally different concept when compared to the information and pictures online.

    very close to earls court

It looked like they had started to do renovations and then stoped mid way. It was reasonable clean, but looked really dirty. Dining room was disgraceful. the material chairs were thread bare and grubby, the vinyal covered chairs were ripped and i couldn't face sitting on it. My room was for 3 people. Double bed and a single. With my luggage there was only room for me. I dread to think a family managed.

It was within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants.

Virtually everything! The room was bigger than a breadbox but not by much. There was no airconditioning and the hotel, which seems to be owned and staffed by persons of middle eastern descent, was kept overly hot. It had to be at least 80 degrees throughout the hotel. While these individuals may be comfortable at these temperatures, the rest of us are not and since we are the customers, and therefore the reason for the hotel's existence, our needs and comfort level should come first. There were two towels provided, one of which had to serve as a bathmat since one was not provided. Neither a washcloth nor a hand towel was provided both of which I consider standard for ANY hotel room ANYWHERE in the world! No cleaning services were provided, no garbage was collected, and clean towels had to be requested. When I mentioned the garbage, I was given a larger bag and told to put my garbage in it and leave it outside my door and someone would come by and pick it up. Really? At $100 per night? Give me a break! This is easily the WORST hotel I have stayed in in a long time, possibly ever. For the money, it was a total ripoff!

    Very good

Friendly staff and convenient location. Unpretentious and ideal for a short stay.

    Very good

If you're looking to visit London and all you want from a hotel is a bed and breakfast, then the Boka is an alternative that you can consider. It is literally 1 minute from Earl's Court tube station, which means about 20 minutes from the centre of London. Tip: get off the tube at Gloucester Road, the station before Earl's Court, as there are restaurants and two supermarkets (Tesco's Express and Waitrose) where you can buy food at reasonable prices.

    Very good

The breakfast was dreadful! Service was rushed and fairly rude, choice was limited to a very unhealthy option and the environment of the dining area was fairly unpleasant. The milk offered for cereal was warm and possibly UHT, I only drank a sip. The orange juice wasn't orange. I overheard another guest ask if they could have their eggs scrambled instead of fried; the request was denied. A shame really as although the hotel is clearly in need of 'a lick of paint' and some general brightening up, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was a real let down.

Isn't that nice as looks in the pictures, the room was far from clean and breakfast was very poor. I was quite disappointed.
